Students are expected to have completed BIO 1150 Biology and Society and BIO 1150L Biology and Society Laboratory for completion of Area 5B. Note that at many community colleges that the BIO course needed to take the equivalents forBIO 2060 /BIO 2060L and BIO 2350 /BIO 2350L may be a lower division Biology course than the course that satisfies the major requirement.
