NTR 3130W - Introduction to Nutrition Research (3)

Introduction to nutrition research as the foundation for evidence-based practice. The scientific method, hypothesis testing, clinical trials, epidemiological research, and nutrition surveys. Reading research journal articles and writing a literature review paper. Writing-Intensive courses must be passed with a C or higher to count towards the University’s 3-unit Writing Requirement.

Prerequisite(s): C or better STA 1200 or STA 1202, C- or better in NTR 2350, and junior or senior standing.
Grading Basis: Graded Only
