FST 2250 - Design and Analysis for Food Science (1) Introduction and application of quantitative design and data analysis relevant to food science subject areas. The application of quantitative reasoning and statistical methods for data analysis and experimental design in R&D process involving specific commodity-based product and process development. The basics of technical writing and reporting relevant to food science research and industrial practices. Development of evidence-based technical communication skills necessary for upper division food science and technology technical courses.
