LS 4211 - Arts in Action (3) Utilizing theme-based pedagogy and student presentations, this course focuses on arts integration with other disciplines in the humanities, social sciences and sciences to inquiry about real-world issues or enduring themes. Students can expect to develop an understanding and appreciation of the fine and performing arts and to explore the arts essential role in education and in a democratic society.
