On-the-job training in the professional field of food science and technology. Potential experiences include: quality control and assurance, food safety assurance, industrial production, research and development, product development, sensory testing, inspections/audits, and regulatory activities. 

Prerequisite(s): C- or better in FST 3900  or FST 390.
