The minor in Data Science (DS) from the Department of Computer Science is open to all undergraduates in any major (including CS majors). The program offers a core foundation in data science and trains students in competencies to work with relevant computational and statistical models, techniques and tools. In addition to course work, students will also complete a two-semester capstone project which must have a focus on data science.
