NTR 4340 - Space Nutrition (3)


The effects of long-term space travel on the human body, such as changes to nutrient requirements, muscle atrophy, bone loss, and oxidative stress. Nutrition and exercise recommendations will be covered that will help to offset these encountered challenges.
