EWS 2900 - Multicultural Leadership (3) Preparation for effective leaders in a multicultural world. Introduce the nature of leadership from a U.S. and global multicultural perspective. The implications that multicultural settings have for leadership, specifically the impact that cultural values, beliefs and worldviews have on leadership definitions, leadership styles, and communication. Application of theory and practice through simulation activities, campus projects, case studies and dialogue.
