EDU 5322 - Special Education Law and the IEP (3) Students will examine the evolution of laws, judicial decisions, and policies that impact the education of diverse students with disabilities. Case management responsibilities and individual education plan development will be introduced, discussed, and practiced. Students will engage in critical discussions of case law and ethics relating to special education programs, services, and procedures.
