MFE 2211 - Manufacturing Processes- Casting, Forming, Joining, Metal Removal (3) Theory and practice related to processes dealing with the deformation, consolidation, casting and material removal processes of engineering materials. Modern manufacturing methods are explored with emphasis placed on the application of engineering principles to the production of marketable products. Topics include: molding, casting, powder metallurgy, hot and cold working, welding and material removal.
