Inquiry-based laboratory exercises involving plant water relations, enzyme isolation and analysis, aseptic culture of plant material, mineral deficiencies, enzyme activity in germination and later development of tissues, as well as photoperiodism and hormonal influences on plant growth and development.

Prerequisite(s): BOT 201/BOT 201L, or BIO 2050/BIO 2050L.
