Introduction to the principles and practices of Total Quality Management (TQM). The tools and techniques needed for understanding and implementing TQM. A practical state-of-the-art approach will be used. Applications in service, manufacturing, government, military, construction, education, small business, health care and nonprofit organizations will be presented.
