CE 5640 - Transportation Planning and Management (3) Study and design of transportation in the urban environment, primarily transit; includes history, nature of problems, alternative solutions, costs of modernization, mass transit trends, the subsidy debate, role of the State and Federal governments, rideshare planning, ADA services, financial plans, the nature and importance of planning and transit planning process.
