EDU 5320 - Transition Planning Through Family and Professional Collaboration (3) Cultivating collaborative partnerships with families, teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and outside agencies to improve outcomes and transition experiences for students with disabilities. Focus on self-determination skills instruction for all students. Study of effective case management policies. Includes field experience.
Prerequisite(s): Admitted to ED SPEC Cred Prog; C or better in (EDS 403, EDU 5302 , EDU 5310 or EDU 5312 ); EDU 5010 or TED 406; and EDU 5020 or TED 407. Component(s): Seminar Grading Basis: Graded Only Repeat for Credit: May be taken only once
