EDU 5322 - Law, Ethics, and Research in Special Education (3)


Evolution of laws, judicial decisions, and policies that impact the lives of diverse people with disabilities. How ethics relates to special education programs, procedures, and research. Discussion of evidence-based research and how it affects special education. Includes field experience.

Prerequisite(s):  Admitted to ED SPEC Cred Prog; C or better in (EDS 403, EDU 5302 , EDU 5310  or EDU 5312 ); EDU 5010  or TED 406; and EDU 5020  or TED 407.
