ECS 3800 - Early Childhood Physical Growth and Health (3)

Examination of typical and atypical physical development in children from prenatal through age eight. A review of theories and pedagogical approaches to understanding health promotion and factors influencing the health and wellness of young children, families, and communities will also be explored. Fieldwork assignment required.

Prerequisite(s): C or better in ECS 1000 and ECS 3100.
