AHS 2220 - Clinical Nutrition (2)

An introduction to basic nutrients and nutritional needs of well animals and the ramifications of disease conditions on the nutritional needs and clinical case management. Completion of the CVTEA required and recommended nutritional essential skills for veterinary technologists. Per university policy, students must receive a C- or better in this course to advance in the Animal Health Science program.

Prerequisite(s): BIO 115 or BIO 1150; BIO 115L or BIO 1150L; CHM 121 or CHM 1210 and CHM 121L or CHM 1210L.
