FRL 3062 - Fundamentals of Real Estate (3) Comprehensive introduction to real estate concepts, principles, and methods related to transactions and decision-making. Topics include the legal aspects of real estate, primary and secondary capital markets and their instruments, appraisal, market and investment analysis, and development.
