Choose two courses from American Government and Public Administration.

International Relations and Comparative Politics Electives: 6 units


Choose two courses from International Relations and Comparative Politics.

Public Law and Political Theory Electives: 6 units


Choose two courses from Public Law and Political Theory.

Additional Political Science Electives: 6 units


Choose any two additional upper-division Political Science courses from any subfield including Internship and activity courses.

Unrestricted Electives: 15-27 units


Select a sufficient number of courses so that the total from “Major Required”, “Major Electives”, “GE”, and “Unrestricted Electives” is at least 120 units.

General Education Requirements: 48 units

Graduation Writing Test


All persons who receive undergraduate degrees from Cal Poly Pomona must pass the Graduation Writing Test (GWT).  The test must be taken by the semester following completion of 60 units for undergraduates.
