Cal Poly Pomona’s Computer Science Department blends practice and theory in hardware and software systems, emphasizing software design, algorithms, computer architecture, cybersecurity, cloud and mobile computing, machine learning, and more. Fully accredited by ABET since 1994, the department maintains rigorous assessment practices to ensure graduates meet high standards. Graduate students benefit from part-time evening classes, cybersecurity and AI certificates, and a bridge to MS and global CS programs.
