The Finance, Real Estate, and Law (FRL) Department seeks to prepare undergraduate students in FRL and MBA students for careers in finance, real estate, and contract management with up‑to‑date curricula and instructional methods. In addition, the FRL Department provides all other students with a variety of introductory and specialized courses. The department is also committed to enhancing the intellectual capital of its faculty and maintaining strong links with business/government through research, writing, consulting, and participation in academic and professional meetings.

The department offers a polytechnic-driven, comprehensive curriculum spanning corporate finance, real estate valuation and development, business law, and contract management. Emphasizing practical, career-focused training, students receive CFA-aligned instruction in financial analysis, engage with real estate market dynamics, and explore transactional law and contract systems. Faculty leverage professional insights from industry and government, integrating applied research and consulting projects that reflect current business and legal practice, ensuring the department remains responsive to evolving economic and regulatory environments.

Students engage in a variety of professional and experiential activities: they join organizations like the Finance Club, Real Estate Society, Pre-Law and Contract Management groups, and participate in case competitions and negotiation simulations. The program provides access to financial analytics software, real estate valuation tools, and mock courtroom exercises. Internships and career placements are offered through partnerships with banks, real estate firms, law offices, and government agencies. These hands-on experiences, along with mentoring and community networking, prepare graduates for roles in investment banking, brokerage, legal compliance, contract management, and public financial sectors.
