AHS 129/129L - Animal Handling and Restraint (2/2) General concepts of restraint and handling of wild and domestic animals. Emphasis is on physical, chemical and oral/psychological restraint. Discussion of the tools/equipment of restraint, rope work and medical problems that might occur during restraint.
Concurrent: Concurrent enrollment required. Component(s): 2 lectures, 2 three-hour laboratories.
