AVS 4402 - Advanced Nutrition (3)

Review of the advanced concepts of nutrient digestion and absorption; metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, and vitamins. Relate those concepts to applied feeding practices used in livestock production.

Prerequisite(s):  AVS 101 or AVS 2101 , and AVS 2101L .
