AVS 1113 - Companion, Laboratory and Exotic Animal Care (3)

General concepts of handling and restraining domestic and exotic animals. Emphasis will be placed on behavior, management, nutrition, disease prevention, and breed identification. The care and use of laboratory animals will be covered in depth.

Prerequisite(s): AVS major.
Grading Basis: Graded Only
