Physical, social, emotional, and cognitive factors in adolescent development (approx. ages 12 to 20). Normative and individual differences in development. Introduction to developmental theories and research methods. Factors that facilitate or impede development. Historical, ethnic, cross-cultural, and socio-economic aspects of development.
