CIS 3100 - Management Information Systems (3)


Introduction to the management and development of business information systems. Information systems topics include, competitive strategy, decision support, infrastructure, business processes, enterprise-wide systems, database management, data analytics, systems development and implementation, information security, ethics, and social impacts of information technology. Course concepts are supported with the use of business technology to develop problem solving skills.

Prerequisite(s): ACC 207 and 207A or ACC 2070 ; and CIS 101, CIS 1010 , or PCPT.
