CS 3760 - A Non-technical Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (3) Cross Listed as: STS 3760 Introduction to core concepts of artificial intelligence for the purpose of understanding artificial intelligence’s social significance. Presentation of core concepts of machine learning from a non-technical perspective, including a series of projects designed to illustrate the capabilities and common problems of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Explanation of vulnerability to problems, such as algorithmic bias, with significant social harms.
