ACC 4610W - Professional Accounting Communication (3) Study of professionalism and communication skills necessary in the field of accounting through individual and team assignments including case studies. Application of effective oral and written communication skills. Assignments include written pieces required in the profession of accounting, such as memos, emails, disclosures, research paper, and interviews. Writing-Intensive courses must be passed with a C or higher to count towards the University’s 3-unit Writing Requirement.
Prerequisite(s): Junior or senior standing, and C or better in ACC 3110. Grading Basis: Graded Only Repeat for Credit: May be taken only once When Offered: As needed; see Academic Department Course Category: Major Required Course
