BIO 3130 - Marine Biology (3) [GE 5D]

An overview of the marine physical environment and the organisms that inhabit it. Emphasis on the interconnections between the ecology of the oceans and the rest of the biosphere, including human activities. May be used as approved elective, but not for required upper division credit by students with majors in the Biological Sciences Department.

Prerequisite(s): Junior or senior standing; and completion of GE Areas 1 and 2, or Areas A and B4 are recommended.
