URP 4510A - Land Use Entitlements and Urban Design Policy Activity (1)

Review of the development of land use entitlements and urban design policies. Emphasis on the legal basis for entitlements and the application of general plan and development code requirements in the land use entitlement process, as well as the integration of these processes with urban design policies and designs. Topics covered include general plans, zoning, specific plans, site plan review, subdivisions, landscape plans, and design guidelines/architectural review.

Corequisite(s): URP 4510.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing; or C- or better in URP 2020, URP 2020L or URP 2020A, URP 3510, and URP 3510A.
