ANT 3940L - Field Archaeology Laboratory (1)

Introduction to the strategy and techniques of archaeological excavation. Site surveying and mapping; sampling techniques; recording; photography. Excavation of actual archaeological site. 3 hours laboratory. May be taken up to three times for a total credit of 3 units.

Corequisite(s): ANT 3940 .
Prerequisite(s): ANT 1030  or Instructor consent.         
Grading Basis: Graded Only
