PLS 4610W - Senior Thesis in Political Science I (3)

Selection and completion of a thesis under faculty supervision. Thesis is to be of substantial quality on a significant problem in the student’s major area of interest within political science. Work to be completed over two semesters in PLS 4610W and PLS 4620W. Lecture and discussion. Required minimum of 120 hours. Writing-Intensive courses must be passed with a C or higher to count towards the University’s 3-unit Writing Requirement.

Prerequisite(s): Junior or senior standing, and PLS 1011, PLS 2010, PLS 2020, PLS 2030, PLS 2040, PLS 2051, PLS 2060, PLS 2070, and PLS 3055.
Grading Basis: Graded Only
Repeat for Credit: May be taken multiple times
Minimum - Maximum Units: May be taken up to two times for a total credit of 6 units.
