ANT 4300W - Archaeological Method and Theory (3)


Introduction to problem formulation and methods of analysis in archaeology, both qualitative and quantitative. Review of theoretical trends in archaeology, from a current and historic perspective. Development and implementation of research designs and sampling strategies. Writing-Intensive courses must be passed with a C or higher to count towards the University’s 3-unit Writing Requirement.

Prerequisite(s): ANT 1030 , and junior or senior standing.
Grading Basis: Graded Only
