AHS 4450W - Veterinary Economics and Office Procedures (2) Principles of veterinary economics and office procedures as they relate to companion animals. This will include medical record-keeping, navigation of practice management software, inventory and economic analysis, and electronic medical records. Client communication, team building and managing stress within a high stakes environment will be explored in depth. Writing-Intensive courses must be passed with a C or higher to count towards the University’s 3-unit Writing Requirement.
Prerequisite(s): Animal Health Science major, junior or senior standing, and AHS 2210 . Grading Basis: Graded Only Repeat for Credit: May be taken only once When Offered: Fall Course Category: Major Required Course
