GSC 3210 - Engineering Geology I (2) [GE 5D] Fundamentals of geology applied to engineering problems. Includes rock and soil properties, structure, erosion, sedimentation, groundwater flow, seismic explorations, rock/soil movements, and project site evaluations. Individual and group study of selected engineering geology problems or case studies.
Corequisite(s): GSC 3210L . Prerequisite(s): Junior or senior standing; and completion of GE Areas 1 and 2, or Areas A and B4 are recommended. Grading Basis: Graded Only Repeat for Credit: May be taken only once
