Comprehensive introduction to real estate concepts, principles, and methods related to transactions and decision-making. Topics include the legal aspects of real estate, primary and secondary capital markets and their instruments, appraisal, market and investment analysis, and development. Satisfies educational requirement for broker’s license.

Prerequisite(s): C or better in ACC 207/A or ACC 2070; C or better in EC 201 or EC 2201; C or better in FRL 201 or FRL 2013; and C or better in FRL 300 or FRL 3000.
