Comprehensive introduction to business valuation models and techniques. Topics include financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions. Hands-on valuation exercises of real-world companies, including both public and private, provide students with opportunities to address complex valuation scenarios.
