Focusing on the principles and skills of effective leadership in a global hospitality environment, this course emphasizes how to think strategically, identify opportunities and challenges, lead teams, and solve complex business problems. Writing-Intensive courses must be passed with a C or higher to count towards the University’s 3-unit Writing Requirement.
