PLS 4815 - Environmental Politics and Policy (3) An in-depth study of environmental politics and policies within the context of the United States. Topics covered include: the history of the environmental movement, landmark environmental policies, the modern political movement against the environmental movement, environmental justice, climate change, and sustainable development. Emphasis is placed on the links between politics and policies and between environmental policies and social inequalities.
