TOM 6090 - Global Logistics and Transportation (3)

Provides both operational and strategic perspectives of global logistics and transportation management, which not only reduces the cost of distributing goods and services worldwide, but also create value for companies and eventually creates unique competitive advantages. Topics include transportation, inventory and warehouse management, customer service, and logistics information flows. The course instruction includes lectures, business cases, and hand-on learning with software.
