ECE 5680 - Introduction to Robotics, Haptics, Control and Applications (3) Introduction to the science and engineering of manipulation and haptics. Kinematics, dynamics, statics, trajectory planning and control of robot manipulators. Basic principles of robotics will be learned through a study of common industrial robot systems analysis and design. Basic research on the wide range of applications of robotics is presented. Hands-on project involving telerobotics and haptic systems.
