MAT 1051 - College Algebra Stretch I (3) This is the first of a two-course stretch sequence in College Algebra. The theory and application of real-valued functions, domain and range, compositions, inverses, transformation, and equations. Emphasis on polynomial, rational, radical and exponential functions. Both symbolic and graphical representations. Use of graphing devices to support reasoning about functions.
