Investigation of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and design-build methods for healthcare design projects. Special emphasis on schedules, costing, collaboration and information sharing in healthcare facility design and construction.

Prerequisite(s):  ARC Graduate Standing or Advanced Standing, Instructor Permission, and ARC 303L or ARC 3021L .
