ARC 3612 - World Architecture before the Renaissance Discussion (1) Survey of the architecture of ancient Near East, Egypt, Greece and Rome, early Christian and Byzantine eras and Romanesque and Gothic periods in Western Europe, and introduces major non-western architectural traditions. Opportunity for small group discussions and student presentations dealing with above themes in greater detail and depth.
