KIN 3030 - Exercise Physiology (3) Aerobic and anaerobic energy sources for muscular activity, neuromuscular physiology and function, and cardiopulmonary/respiratory physiology and function as it relates to exercise. Examples include physiological and metabolic adaptations to resistance and endurance training, nutritional and ergogenic aspects of human performance, environmental impact on exercise performance, and hormonal response to exercise.
