Principles and methodology of teaching mathematics in the elementary school including instructional design, material selection, and student assessment with an emphasis on problem solving. Fieldwork: May include a maximum 10 hours of field experience.

Prerequisite(s): Admitted to Multiple Subject Credential; EDU 5010 or TED 406; EDU 5020, or TED 405 and TED 407; and EDU 5100 and TED 443.
