ECE 5300 - Nanoelectronics (3) This graduate course introduces engineering and applied science students to the science of miniaturized nanoelectronics; including fabrication of small machines (micro and nano size), characterization of materials, scaling laws, nanowire, carbon nanotube, grapheme, and nanosensor application. May be taken unlimited times.
