URP 3340L - Policy Analysis for Planning Laboratory (1) Theories and methods for evaluating planning proposals and projects. Use of analysis techniques for urban planning policies and programs. Methodology for identifying issues and procedures and for defining, developing, obtaining approval, implementation and post adoption analysis.
