BIO 4590S - Ethnobotany - Service Learning (1)


A community service-learning course that examines plant-human interactions in plant material culture, nutrition, foods as medicines, phytochemistry, and human uses of plant secondary metabolites. A focus is placed on local species. Practice ethnobotany skills during community-service ethnobotany-related activities for BioTrek.
