Presentations by professionals on selected topics. Student presentations of case studies and position papers. Professional portfolio creation. Critiques of peer-reviewed articles. May be taken up to two times for a total credit of 4 units.

Prerequisite(s): Bachelor’s degree, verification statement approved by Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics; and accepted into CPP Dietetic Internship Program.
